Data Protection: The information you provide on this form will be entered into the Club Membership Database which can be accessed by members of the Club Committee for the sole purposes of communicating with members. This paper form will be destroyed once Archery GB registration has been completed, and your data will be removed from the Club Database within a maximum of three months after your club membership expires. The club will not pass your data to any third party other than Archery GB. Should you enter a tournament through the Club, the tournament organisers will require certain information about you, and you will be asked to approve this separately as part of the tournament entry process.

When you become a member of or renew your membership with St Austell Bay Archers, you will automatically be registered as a member of Archery GB and the relevant County and Region. We will provide Archery GB with your personal data to enable access to an online portal (http://agb.sport80.com), where you can set up and amend your privacy settings.
