Archery is a great sport for anyone over the age of around 10, regardless of your ability in other sports or previous experience. At St Austell Bay Archers you will complete a beginners course, then each week have help and guidance from more experienced archers for as long as you need it. There is plenty of equipment at the club to borrow until you decide if you would like to purchase your own (or wait until Christmas and Birthdays come along!)
Don't let anyone spoil the fun! Sport is fun - it gives you the opportunity to make new friends, try new activities and amaze yourself with what you can do! If you are a young person and are concerned about how someone is behaving towards you, speak to your parents, friends, our Child Protection officer Mark Phillips, or any other committee officer, straight away. If you feel you can't, there are some useful contacts and links below.
